Sara Goggin Young is an Attorney turned Life Coach and Keynote Speaker who connects to her audience through sharing her story of overcoming challenges and thriving. Sara used to gravitate toward all of the WRONG ways when faced with challenges, such as life-changing injuries, numerous surgeries, addiction and recovery.

Using her toolbox, Sara has found the right strategy to thrive during times of fear, doubt and uncertainty, including her divorce, growing a thriving business, becoming a single parent and healing from the death of those immediately close to her.

Sara transformed her own life. She let go of a negative dialogue, empowering her mindset. In connecting to her true self, her whisper within, Sara now has the ability and tools to crush each goal she sets.
